Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.

Are all products on Lindsey Rapp Skin authentic and authorized?

Every single product on Lindsey Rapp Skin is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the brands we carry. We have built personal relationships with every brand in our collection. We are authorized retailers for Corthe, KRX, Dermathod, Neogenesis, Pfect-A and every other brand on our site. You will never receive a diverted, expired, or counterfeit product from us. That is a guarantee I stake my professional reputation on.

Why should I buy from Lindsey Rapp Skin instead of Amazon, Dermstore, or Sephora?

Because you're not just buying a product. You're getting access to the same professional curation I provide to my clients in studio. Every product on this site has been tested in my treatment room, used on real skin, and vetted against hundreds of alternatives before it earned a place here. How does Lindsey choose which brands and products to carry?

I only carry what I would use on my own clients and on my own skin. Every brand goes through the same evaluation: I look at the science behind the formulations, the quality and concentration of active ingredients, the clinical results I see when I use it in treatments, and whether it fills a real need that nothing else in our collection addresses. If a product doesn't perform in my treatment room, it doesn't make it onto the site. That's why we carry a focused, curated selection rather than hundreds of brands. Quality over quantity, always.

I'm new to Korean skincare. Where should I start?

A good cleanser, one targeted treatment serum, a moisturizer, an SPF and an exfoliator. That's it. If you're not sure which products are right for you, browse our collections by concern: we have curated selections for Acne, Anti-Aging, Hyperpigmentation, Barrier Support, Dry Skin, Oily Skin, and Redness/Sensitive Skin. Each collection features the products I reach for most in my studio for that specific concern. If you'd prefer personalized guidance, I offer virtual consultations where we'll assess your skin and build a routine tailored to your needs.

How do I build a complete skincare routine from your products?

Every effective routine follows the same basic framework.
Step 1: Cleanse
Step 2: Treat (serums and actives targeting your primary concern).
Step 3: Moisturize (lock in hydration and support the barrier).
Step 4: Protect (SPF every morning, non-negotiable).

1-2x per week , exfoliate. I love peel pads!

For the eye area, add a dedicated eye treatment between steps 2 and 3. The specific products depend on your skin and your goals.

Can I visit Lindsey Rapp Skin in Waterford, Michigan?

 Absolutely. Our Waterford studio is where it all started. Every facial begins with a thorough assessment of your skin concerns and needs. I then tailor the products, masks, and add-ons to create a treatment made just for you. All of my custom treatments include extractions and a deep tissue sculpting facial massage.

What's the difference between a virtual consultation and shopping on the website?

 Shopping the website is self-guided. You browse by concern, brand, or category and choose products based on the descriptions and your own research. A virtual consultation is guided by a professional. I evaluate your skin, asks about your history, current routine, lifestyle, and goals, and then prescribes a specific protocol with products in the right order and concentration for your skin. If you know what you need, the website is efficient. If you're unsure, dealing with multiple concerns, or have sensitive/reactive skin that requires careful product selection, the consultation is worth it.
