How to Use Spicule Skincare at Home

Without damaging your barrier

By Lindsey Rapp · Licensed Esthetician · 4 Min Read

Spicule skincare can beautifully improve texture, firmness, and glow at home, but it works best when you respect the treatment. Here's exactly how I have clients use it.

Frequency

How Often to Use It

Start with once per week, up to 1 to 2 times if your skin responds well. Never use it every night, spicules continue working in the skin for up to 72 hours, so skin needs time to recover.

It should feel active, but it should never feel damaging.
